Watters is an American company that offers luxurious designer bridal gowns and imaginative bridesmaids dresses around the world. When ModCo took over the restyle of their e-commerce platform, they contact me to create different proposals.

The goal was to leverage the image of the brand and drive conversion to the physical stores. Following the guidelines of the brand, we proposed a clean website where the image would play a central role. Seeing the dresses with all kind of details was the main request from the user research.

Additionally, to help sales, we designed a customer journey with less friction and steps as possible.
